There are a lot of good reasons to come down to the Club on Friday Nights. You can join in on the Friday Night Races, either as a crew member or to watch the action from the Club Bar. Even novices can usually find a place on a boat, and there's no better way to wind up a week than a Friday evening on the water. Enjoy drinks and conversation in the Bar, and dinner out on the deck or in the Member's Dining Room.
What's new now is the "Friday Night Finish Line Special" -- starting when the first racing boat crosses the finish line; well drinks, house wine, and draft beer in the bar are half price! Live blues and jazz music by "Jump To It" will be playing in the Bar or on the deck most Fridays for your listening pleasure, and fun new special items are being added to the Racer's Grill for you to grill yourself on the outdoor barbeque pits: T-Bone steaks and barbequed oysters! Chef Ian reports that the T-bones and oysters have been a big hit.
