The Entertainment Committee put on a gala affair for Commodore Diana Fischer, our Staff Commodores, and our membership on Saturday, September 23, 2000. The following Staff Commodores were in attendance: George Berticevich (1973), William Bremer (1986-1987), William Canada (1990-1991), Evan Pugh (1985), Milton Stannard (1968-1969) and Mark Thompson (1997). The party was a smashing success and featured another excellent meal created by Chef Ian Morrison and his crew. The party continued well into the night with everyone dancing to a band perfectly suited to the occasion. The theme, "The Corinthian Through the Ages," was accented by a number of individuals that dressed the part. A special thanks goes out to General Manager Ingo Schreiber and the Catering Sales Manager for CCI Leila Heyman for the beautiful flower arrangements. Rumor has it, that the party continued after hours in fine Corinthian tradition down on the boats in the harbor.
