Water, water everywhere but nary a drop to drink! Until now. Effective immediately, the CYC bar will stock Calistoga water in convenient individual plastic bottles for your re-hydration on land and sea. They will sell for 75¢ each.
New enlarged menus for Saturday and Sunday dining
For those of you that know what a pleasant experience dining at the Club on Saturday and Sunday evenings is, this will come as a bonus. For those not familiar, listen up! At Chef Ians suggestion, special expanded Saturday and Sunday menus are being created for your dining pleasure. Come in on a date or to entertain friends and you will find not only more selections but more hard-to-prepare, gourmet entrees as well! Many members already prefer the relaxed and quiet atmosphere that Saturday and Sunday dining providesnow there is even more reason. Reservations are encouraged, especially for larger parties, but whenever youre in the mood your Club is here waiting for you to drop in. Why not get the best service and food at these great prices?
New Members dining comment cards
Your House Committee has put considerable effort into the creation of new a Member dining comment card. It is still very simple but will provide greater specificity on aspects of your dining experience. The obvious goal is to better understand the quality of our dining experience and to provide more actionable feedback to Corinthian Catering. The cards will periodically be distributed to tables and will always be available at the maître-d station. A handsome wooden receptacle is being made by member Hans Roeben for their collection. Thanks Hans. Please use them and help us all enjoy the highest level of dining satisfaction attainable.
