The year 2000 has been incredible with the amount of interest and new members initiated into the club. This very well may have been the best year ever for the number of new members and the amount of initiation fees brought into the club without a special membership drive.

I want to thank all of the members who have made this possible by soliciting their friends, neighbors and sailing buddies to be a part of the Corinthian Yacht Club.
I especially want to thank my membership committee who were outstanding in a very busy year: Anita Dillon, John Dodge, and Marlene Donoho.

Michael sailed his Passport 40, Cayenne, in this year's Pacific Cup. Like most boats in the A and B fleets, Cayenne wandered for several days in light conditions before finally getting to the business of crossing the Pacific. After 17 days crossing, he was more than happy to see Noelle on the dock to greet him!
