Karen Gilbert tells me the event, Cooking With Ian, will be on Thursday, April 26 at 6:00 PM at a cost of $25 per person. For this bargain price you will get Ian’s secrets on how to make sauces followed by dinner with Ian, where you will be able to sample the subject of the instruction.  There will be a sign-up sheet on the bulletin board.
