The Club welcomes fifty-seven new members so far in 2003 and that is certainly something to celebrate. The New Members Open Boat Party on Sat. Oct. 18 was a great success. This event is a terrific opportunity for new members to get to know some of their fellow Corinthians as well as one another and it was great fun to see a sampling of member boats as we roamed the docks. Our thanks go out to our “tour guides”, Chef Ian, Membership Committee and the Corinthians who graciously volunteered their boats for the event: Hans Roeben and Sally Huse of Helgoland, David Schwartz of Lady Hawke, Gene and Pat Buck of Ouessant, Andrew and Jenny Murr of Fat Chance, John and Marj Bundschuh of Concise and Ken and Ilinka Brehnan of La Liberté.
